When retention ends, data is permanently destroyed using secure methods (e.g., technical deletion of electronic files, shredding or incineration of printouts).

5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may withdraw consent and delete your account at any time via in-service settings.

Guardians of children under 14 have the right to view, correct, or delete their child’s personal information and revoke consent.

If you request correction of inaccurate data, we will not use or share it until corrected.

Access to personal data is restricted to essential staff only.

9. Updates to This Policy

If we make changes, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance through our community or app notices. For material changes (e.g., new data categories or purposes), we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and may seek renewed consent if required.

This Privacy Policy takes effect from May 2025.
